Corporate knowledge
as a structured asset.

The Brain is the company's body of knowledge in textual form, versioned, indexed and searchable — with a citation of the document supporting each answer. Every document carries a named owner, an update date and a classification by area and domain.

How content enters

Through a reviewed proposal, with human approval. Each document carries mandatory metadata: identifier, title, type, domain, named owner, date, visibility and a one-sentence summary. Documents missing those fields are rejected at validation and do not enter the index.

Reference instead of duplication

Content that already exists in specifications, recorded decisions or requirements stays at its origin, and the Brain indexes that origin. Duplication would create two versions of the same content, liable to diverge and with no tiebreaker.

Measured coverage

Every query without a satisfactory answer is recorded. The gaps tab consolidates that history and sets documentation priority from actual usage rather than from the perception of whoever is writing.

Entity graph

The entity graph and the relationships between subjects.

The index derives a co-occurrence graph from the documents themselves: two entities cited in the same document form an edge, whose thickness corresponds to the number of shared documents. It is what answers queries about how one subject relates to another.

Onboarding new professionals

Commercial policy, pricing criteria, the allocation process and delivery standards are available with an owner and a review date, reducing dependence on informal transfer between people.

Preserving decision history

Architecture and business decisions are first-class documents with a status. The context behind each choice remains available regardless of team turnover.

Compliance and legal enquiries

Data protection policies, standard contractual clauses and internal procedures are retrieved together with the source document, which makes the answer verifiable and auditable.

Relationships across domains

Queries about how one process relates to another are resolved by the entity graph, which exposes connections a keyword search does not retrieve.

Each answer comes with the document that supports it, which makes it verifiable in a business decision or in an audit.
